Dear Mr. Dimitri
Its a pleasure to talk to you, I'm in need of your assistance in regards to the office the company is looking for.
We're planning to open our new premises in Moscow,  just a couple of people will work there so they only require a small, yet modern office. The office should be divided into a couple of sections, one for the reception and the other for attending the clients. Also, the office should be near St.Petersburg and reflect the sense of security our investors expect from us.
